Work delegation to juniors or co-operative is very important skills of management. It helpful to many types like it saves to time, it prepare the new generation of inheritor.

3. Access the abilities
Consider that are they able to do work properly that you delegate the work? Do they know that what is the target or what are the needs to complete the work?
4. Tell the reasons
Work delegates should be able to tell about why are giving the job or responsibilities to him. This is also necessary to explain him the significance & relevance of the work.
5. Specify
Specify that what is the necessary to achieve? Which facts are needed to complete the job? How many time is better for achieve the target? What are review dates? What is report due? If work is very tuff & it contains many parts & stages then what is priority?
