How To Allocate Works To Juniors

Work delegation to juniors or co-operative is very important skills of management. It helpful to many types like it saves to time, it prepare the new generation of inheritor.


            So let we know some effective rules & techniques which are helpful to delegate works to us. Delegation is a two way process. Ultimately delegation is a management skill & the modification is a very main part of this.


1. Define task
First confirm that work delegation is  appropriate or not. It necessary to look that is it joint to delegation criteria or not.

2. Selection of individual or team
Consider that which one reason that delegates to individual or team what will you get from this.

3. Access the abilities 
Consider that are they able to do work properly that you delegate the work? Do they know that what is the target or what are the needs to complete the work?

4. Tell the reasons 
Work delegates should be able to tell about why are giving the job or responsibilities to him. This is also necessary to explain him the significance & relevance of the work.

5. Specify
Specify that what is the necessary to achieve? Which facts are needed to complete the job? How many time is better for achieve the target? What are review dates? What is report due? If work is very tuff & it contains many parts & stages then what is priority?
            So there were some effective & useful rules & techniques which proves that these are helpful to you for managing work delegation.
